HOGWIN Empowers Widows in Sagamu
In a routine show of compassion and support for indigent widows in rural communities, HOGWIN organized a remarkable session for widows in Sagamu, Ogun State, South-West, Nigeria.
Held at the palace of the Aminisan of Sagamu, the event brought together over 80 widows from the community who eagerly gathered to benefit from the assistance provided by the NGO.
During the session, the widows were offered a range of benefits designed to uplift them in various aspects of their lives. Some of the widows in attendance received financial support to boost their small businesses, providing them with a much-needed helping hand. Younger widows in attendance were encouraged to take up a vocation or skill that could be developed into a business service and help support them and their dependent children.
